Brief About Us

Sandesh Foundation is a non-profit organization registered under the Indian Trust Act 1882 in Delhi (NCT) in 2014. We are actively involved in various philanthropic initiatives for the last eight years. The foundation’s key focus areas are education, sanitation & environment, health and nutrition, women empowerment, and relief activities, particularly during times of disasters and pandemics like the Covid-19 outbreak.
Sandesh Foundation has obtained important certifications under the Income Tax Act, including 80G and 12A Certifications, which provide tax benefits to donors contributing to the organization. Sandesh Foundation is also registered for undertaking Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and holds certifications such as CSR 01 and NITI Aayog.Sandesh Foundation works closely with government schools to support disadvantaged communities and promote education. Additionally, the foundation is engaged in a CSR project for solid waste management called CMTN with Apollo Tyres Foundation in Transport Nager, Samaypur, Delhi. This partnership further strengthens their efforts to make a positive impact on society and environment. Overall, Sandesh Foundation is committed to making a difference by addressing various social issues and working towards the betterment of marginalized communities in India.

Dr. CHANCHAL VERMA

Dr. Chanchal Verma, a founding member of the Sandesh Foundation, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organization. With a Ph.D. in Home Science from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, she has a strong academic background that informs her work in the social sector. Dr. Verma's deep involvement in social activities demonstrates her commitment to fighting for the rights and well-being of the poor and downtrodden. Her passion for social justice and her dedication to the foundation's objectives have been evident since its inception. As a researcher and educator, Dr. Verma's background has instilled in her a strong set of values and a drive to make a real impact.
